Maram Honey is 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, please follow the procedures below:

1. You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the purchase date
2. Product should be in its original condition in its packaging, and to be stored according to the instructions. 
3. To complete refund/return, a receipt is required. 
4. Refunds are initiated in the original method of payment
5. To refund payments made with a card or a cheque, the refund is made within 21 days on the customer’s bank account. The customer should follow up with the bank. 
6. Items bought in discounts and promotions cannot be refunded.
7. All refunded products are inspected to meet the refund terms. If the product’s condition does not match our policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
